There are four phases to our plan: Prepare, Launch, Grow, and Multiply.

Prepare

In the prepare phase we are developing our core team, beginning our Outreaches, developing our core Discipleship classes in our Home Groups, developing our worship service, preaching life application sermons, and training each person for the Launch phase.

Launch

In the launch phase we are doing all the final preparations for the grand opening launch.  We will have each person trained for their area of ministry, our discipleship classes prepared, and home group leaders trained and ready to start new groups.  At this point we will have large invitation campaign right before the grand opening launch.  Then we will have our grand opening launch.

Grow

During this phase we will focus on individual growth and Home Group growth.

Our individual growth is an important part of our Christian life.  It is important for us to have a plan for how we will grow and a way to measure where we are in the process.  This growth process is something that will continue throughout our lives.  During this phase we will begin to implement our core Discipleship classes.

Our Home Groups will also grow during this phase.  As our Home Groups grow we will be getting them ready for the next phase of multiplication.

Multiply

During this phase we will focus on multiplication individually, of Home Groups, and Churches.

Our individual growth is very important and as we mature we should become ready to reproduce other disciples.  This is what the Great Commission is all about and should be the goal of every Christian.

As our home Groups grow and mature they will also become ready to multiply.  From he time these Home Groups begin they do so with multiplication in mind.  They will begin with the structure that will help this process to take place.

As our church grows and matures we will also become ready to reproduce other churches.
