Our vision is to impact our world by making disciples who love God, love others, and make other disciples. We believe that we need to very intentional in the process of making disciples. It is important to have that process clearly defined and a way to determine where a person is in their spiritual growth, so they can see what their next steps need to be.

We believe that as the church grows through this process that it will go through different phases. In each phase the focus of the church will be a little different from the others.
