During the Prepare phase we will focus on developing the core team for the church.  There are different ministry positions that we will need to have people functioning in before the Launch phase takes place.  The areas of service needed are: Prayer Team, Worship Team, Outreach Coordinator, Nursery, Children’s Class, Middle School Leaders, High School Leaders, College Leaders, Home Group Leaders, Greeters, Ushers, Signs, Web Master, Sound Board Operator, Multi-Media, First Time Visitor Team, Church Set Up, and Church Clean Up.

During this phase we will be going through all of our core discipleship classes in our weekly Home Groups.  This discipleship training is very important for each person from the core team to learn and apply into their lives.

Since this is the prepare phase we will really focus on reaching out and inviting people to come join us in this process of making disciples who love God, love others, and make disciples.
