The Launch phase will consist of the immediate preparation for the Launch, the Launch, and the immediate follow-up after the Launch.  The Prepare phase will be used to equip each person for their ministry position but the Launch phase we will be preparing for the launch itself.  We will have a big campaign to invite many people to the actual launch.  We will use different methods of inviting people to the launch such as; personal invitation, direct mail, radio broadcasting, social networking, and other ways of connecting with people.  After the actual launch we will have teams ready for personal follow-up.
