The Grow phase will focus on individual growth and growth of our Home Groups.

Our individual growth is an important part of our Christian life.  We need to have a plan for how we will grow and a way to measure where we are in the process.  During this phase we will begin to implement our core Discipleship classes to help us with this growth.  These classes will consist of: 101: Membership, 201: Maturity, 301: Ministry, and 401: Multiply.

Our Home Groups will also grow during this phase.  As our Home Groups grow they will be getting ready for the next phase of multiplication.
